In response to the growing request for assistance, Asset Guardians is now offering
FHA certification assistance and administration.
We will monitor and assist in gathering all the documents required for FHA, package the documents in the correct format, and make the submission for your association.
After submission we will continue to track the process within FHA and supply any
follow up request by FHA as well as push for completion of your application.
We cannot guarantee the approval by FHA, but our in-house pre-submission check list will expose any missing documents and save you valuable time in the overall process with FHA.
